Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that order cancellation is not permitted.
As a result, no refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

While we pack every order with great care and attention, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to assist you.

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition.

The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.
This will help us maintain the quality, hygiene, and authenticity of all jewellery pieces we deliver.
Exchange Process
If our team verifies that the damage or defect occurred at our end:

Product Unavailability During Exchange
In the rare case where the same product is not available in stock, the order amount will be credited back to your bank account.
